About Us AWM are an independent weigh scale company, established in 1979, providing weighing equipment ranging from precision laboratory balances to weighbridges. AWM are registered to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for the assembly, maintenance and servicing of weighing equipment. |
This BSI registration also includes our quality system approval for Self Verification of EC Approved Weighing Equipment. We were one of the first independent weighing companies to obtain this registration. AWM are also members of the UK Weighing Federation.
We are the UK distributors for Cardinal, Detecto and Tamtron scales, and we also maintain Cardinal Detecto's EU Industrial and Clinical Warehouse and are responsible for the distribution of their products throughout Europe, parts of the Middle East, Africa, India and Pakistan.

AWM manufacture the Valueweigh range of Platform Scales and Weighbeams. We supply a full range of products for both Non Trade and Trading Standards Approval.
