Current Job Vacancy: Office Administrator

AWM Limited are looking for a confident, willing and dedicated individual to join their family owned company. Initially 30 hours per week with negotiable start and finish times moving to full time after trial period.

You must be experienced with proven ability in Office Administration, highly organised and have a hands on approach to all areas of sales/ purchase processing, stock control and despatch. Good IT skills are essential and a knowledge of Sage Accounts is beneficial.

The successful candidate will be;

  • Highly organised and methodical with a good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • An enthusiastic team player with an excellent phone manner and people skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise jobs whilst using their own initiative
  • Comfortable with hands on work such as moving stock or packaging items for despatch
