Optional equipment
Aggregate bins ground level feeding & Distribution System. Replaces a ramp for feeding the aggregate bins, avoids the operation costs of a front loader. Delivered as a complete system inside a 40ft container.
Cement silos and de-dusting filters Paneled type cement silos (70 or 100 T) with ladder (common ladder per two silos), safety rails on top, connection gangway, butterfly valve, de-dusting filter, safety valve and level indicators. Delivered as a complete system inside a 40ft container.

The standard plant is delivered in 5 container sized modules, 1 x 40ft and 4 x 20ft:

Aggregates scale and bins module with foldable bins walls. Installed on a simple foundation. Delivered complete pre-assembled and wired as a 40ft container sized frame.
Support module. Supports the mixer module and the scales module. Installed on a simple foundation. Delivered as a 20ft container sized frame.
Mixer module. Includes the mixer and the electrical supply cabinet. Installed on top of the support module. Delivered complete pre-assembled and wired as a 20ft container sized frame.
Scales module. Includes the water scale, cement scale, admixtures scale and air compressor. Installed on top of the mixer module. Delivered complete pre-assembled and wired as a 20ft container sized frame.
Control module. Includes the control room, aggregates skip and the access ladder. Installed on a simple foundation. Delivered complete pre-assembled and wired as a 20ft container sized frame.
