The Valueweigh Heavy Duty Mild Steel Platform Scale with Baykon BX24 is a UK-made weighing solution for applications, where higher capacities and a robust platform are required. Built from powder-coated mild steel with a heavy-duty PFC frame and durable top plate, the platform uses four OIML-approved IP67 stainless steel load cells and is available in a range of sizes and capacities up to 5,000kg. Custom configurations, ramps and pit frames are also available. 

The Baykon BX24 adds a wide range of weighing functions and practical features, including checkweighing, counting, filling, totalising and in-motion weighing. Its IP67 stainless steel housing is suited to demanding industrial environments, while eCAL electronic calibration allows calibration without test weights, particularly useful on high-capacity scales. RS232, RS485 and USB are standard, with additional communication and I/O options available for integration with wider systems.
