The Resolution 5 Dynamic Inline Weigh Dimensioner offers dynamic dimensioning for both cubic and irregular-shaped items at a rapid rate of up to 2,000 items per hour. MID approved for accuracy, this plug-and-go system eliminates the need for external PCs or software and operates maintenance-free.
With in-motion sensors for real-time, precise measurements, the system includes a colour touchscreen terminal, barcode readers for damaged or unreadable barcodes, and an inline weighing scale. Measurement results and images can be easily accessed via Ethernet, RS232, or web interface, with optional integration into cloud storage. Its powerful API enables smooth integration into Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other software.
Additionally, the Resolution 5 can be integrated with our own sortation system, making it ideal for automating your sorting process and enhancing operational efficiency. Its modular design ensures easy adaptation to any warehouse environment.
