The Dibal LP-5000 is a versatile weighing and labelling solution, designed to optimise labelling tasks across a range of industries. It combines the functionality of a PC with a touchscreen interface for the vendor side and a colour TFT display for the operator side. It connects to two weighing platforms and accommodates up to 16 loadcells, making it ideal for high-volume operations. The LP-5000 enables automatic or manual label printing, catering to both variable weight products and pre-programmed fixed-weight or non-weighed items.

The labeller includes an onboard graphic design tool for editing formats, as well as a front USB interface for easy data management, including uploading logos and importing/exporting data. It supports checkweigher mode with a filling display, allowing operators to monitor product weight in real-time. Fully compliant with EU regulation 1169/2011 on food labelling, the LP-5000 ensures all labelling is in line with legal requirements. It also features unlimited operator access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and the ability to connect a scanner, offering complete flexibility and functionality.
