Description
The Baykon BX25-EX is a premium, multi-functional weight indicator designed for use in ATEX-approved zones 2/22. Its robust IP67 stainless steel housing ensures reliability in hazardous, wet, and harsh environments. The indicator comes equipped with two infrared touch-free keys, enabling hygienic and efficient operation, and includes an Ethernet port as standard for seamless integration into networked systems.
This advanced model supports multiple operation modes such as checkweighing, filling, labelling, totalising, counting, and livestock/in-motion weighing. It also features powerful diagnostic tools, including live mV readings, peak loads, history logs, and built-in hardware tests. The BX25-EX offers versatile connectivity with support for Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, EtherCAT, CANopen, and more. With eCAL for calibration, it eliminates the need for test weights, providing precision for heavy capacity scales like tanks and silos.
