With over 40 years' experience, AWM offers a professional and bespoke servicing and calibration service for your weighing equipment, both on site and at our workshop in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
From our experienced and friendly team, we allocate specific engineers to your business, providing consistency and enabling you to get to know and trust your engineer. In this way, your engineer will also be able to provide the highest level of service and support by gaining an in-depth understanding of your team, your operations and, of course, your weighing scales.
The accuracy of your weighing equipment will slowly degrade over time from continual use. Maintenance is therefore crucial for ensuring high levels of accuracy and performance at all times. A yearly service and calibration of your equipment ensures your weighing operations and processes continue running smoothly.
Our service and calibrations are an MOT for your weighing and dimensioning equipment, with our engineers verifying their accuracy through Weighing Performance tests or Calibration Certificates that follow the UK Weighing Federation Code of Practice. If any issues arise during a service and calibration, our skilled engineers will always aim to rectify them there and then, allowing you to continue using your weighing equipment and minimise any production downtime.
