The MX08 Digital Multi-Channel Transmitter is a versatile and ultra-fast solution for weighing and force measurement processes. Capable of delivering 800 measurements per second, it supports up to 8 scale inputs and 64 programmable digital I/O modules (4 inputs and 4 outputs per module). This eliminates the need for additional I/O cards, as each module can be directly controlled by the PLC, simplifying setup and reducing hardware requirements.
Ideal for both static and dynamic weighing, the MX08 integrates seamlessly with a range of fieldbus systems including Modbus, Ethernet, Profibus, and more. This comprehensive connectivity ensures compatibility with various control systems. The transmitter features advanced filtering capabilities to mitigate ambient vibrations, delivering precise and stable data to your PLC.
The MX08 is easily configured using the free Xface PC software, which allows for efficient calibration via either traditional methods or the eCal Electronic Calibration for high-capacity tanks and silos. DIN rail mounting ensures simple installation into existing or new cabinets, offering a flexible solution for any industrial environment.
