It automatically records axle weights, calculates speed, and provides on-screen guidance for accurate vehicle passes. Customisable databases for vehicle details and legal weight limits help eliminate overloads and missed axles.

The app also supports ticket printing, reporting via email, USB, Wi-Fi, and more. RFID cards/tags can be added for faster data entry, while the SB Remote Display provides large weight readings visible from the lorry cab and traffic control via traffic lights. With an HD sensor that reads reflective and non-reflective plates, the app is easy to install and does not require external IR lighting.
