The Valueweigh Carcass Weighing Scale (VWCARCASS) is engineered for use in butchers’ shops and meat processing facilities. Manufactured in the UK, this scale integrates the VWS Platform Scale, built with 304-grade stainless steel and IP69 water rated loadcells, ensuring it can withstand high-pressure washdowns. It features a 316-grade stainless steel A-frame equipped with two carcass hooks and a hook eye, designed to ensure ease of use and hygienic meat handling.
The hooks are positioned at an ideal height (180cm), ensuring operators can easily mount and weigh carcasses. The scale is designed for use in wet, hygienic environments, with the loadcells offering 150% overload protection to minimize potential damage. Complete with stainless carcass hooks, a stainless O-ring for custom mounts, and a durable A-frame, the VWCARCASS is built to meet the demanding conditions of meat processing operations.
