This 825 software app allows waste produced from various sources (such as tenants of a multi occupancy office block) to be easily monitored, tracked and reported for invoicing. The tenants swipe their ID card (the same card they use enter the building) on the 825 card reader when they deposit their waste and the 825 accumulates the amount the waste against that card ID. The 825 features a built in USB port to allow the weighing transaction data to be easily saved onto a USB Stick in a format that can be opened directly into Excel. These reports can then be used to monitor and invoice for the waste produced by each tenant.

 

The easy to use interface includes custmisable waste stream images and can be used as a stand alone or fully networked system reporting back to a main office PC in real time. Optional cameras and image recognition can be used to ensure the waste is being correctly allocated and disposed of. Tenants can be kept up to date with their usage via SMS text messaging or email for full transparency and peace of mind.
